Jean Louis David is a chain with over 30 hair salons located in all the biggest Polish cities. In recent years, it has registered a 3-fold reach increase by delivering the newest hair fashion from Paris. A company with a modern approach to client relationsby using voice-bots and a mobile app to complement client growth from the website.

 

What was/is the objective?

We started the project by creating an online reservation system for customer use that was extended to the fullclient panel. After four months of cooperation, we were invited to build a similar solution for the flagship branch of Franck Provost in France.

In addition, for the Polish branch (the JLD) we implemented a voice-bot solution that significantly relieved the call-center lines by giving 24/7 access to it.

Defining project goals, functionalities evaluation and the scope of MVP for a project within the assumed budget.

Build MVP — a simple booking reservation panel.

Extension of the reservation panel with the customer care module (functionalities facilitating the use of the panel).
